LenzVive AI – Points / Credits Policy

1. Overview

LenzVive AI uses a virtual credit system called Points.
Points are required to use certain AI features including image generation, video generation, premium looks, and advanced models.

Points have no cash value and are only used inside the LenzVive app.

2. How Points Are Obtained

Points may be obtained through:

  • Subscription plans
  • One-time purchases
  • Bonus rewards
  • Promotions
  • Free daily credits (if available)

Different plans may give different amounts of points.

3. How Points Are Used

Points may be used for:

  • AI photo generation
  • AI video generation
  • Premium styles / looks
  • Face / beauty generation
  • High-quality models
  • Faster generation

Different features may cost different points depending on:

  • Model quality
  • Generation time
  • Resolution
  • Video length
  • Server cost

Credit-based systems are commonly used in AI apps because more complex generation requires more computing power.

4. Points Validity / Expiration

Points may expire depending on how they were obtained.

Typical rules:

  • Subscription points expire at the end of the billing period
  • Free points may expire after a short time
  • Purchased points may expire after a longer period
  • Expired points cannot be restored

Unused points may not carry over to the next cycle unless stated.

(Some AI platforms reset monthly credits after renewal to control server usage.)

5. No Refund for Points

Points are virtual items.

Points cannot be:

  • Exchanged for money
  • Refunded after use
  • Transferred to another account
  • Sold or traded

All point purchases are final unless required by law.

6. Failed Generation

If generation fails due to system error:

  • Points may be returned
  • Or generation may retry

LenzVive decides case-by-case.

Points will not be returned if failure is caused by:

  • Invalid input
  • User cancellation
  • Network error on user side

7. Changes to Point Cost

LenzVive may change the number of points required for features at any time.

This may depend on:

  • Server cost
  • AI model cost
  • Feature updates
  • Performance improvements

Changes may apply immediately.

8. Abuse / Fraud

We may remove points or suspend account if:

  • Exploiting bugs
  • Using automation / bots
  • Sharing accounts
  • Payment dispute / chargeback
  • Fraud activity

Points may be removed without refund.

9. Service Availability

Points do not guarantee unlimited usage.

Generation may be limited due to:

  • Server load
  • Maintenance
  • Feature updates
  • Model availability
