You can delete your Lenz AI account and all the data linked to it at any time.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Lenz AI and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account, your library of uploads and generated results, and your personal data are deleted right away.
Delete by email
If you no longer have access to the app, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your Lenz AI account with the subject line “Delete My Lenz AI Account”. Once we have verified the request, we delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleting your account removes your profile, your uploads, your generated images and videos, and your credit balance. Purchase records may be kept where we are required to do so for accounting, fraud prevention or legal reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first through the Apple App Store or Google Play, as explained on our Subscription & Billing page, otherwise it may continue to renew.
