Delete Your Lenz AI Account
You can delete your Lenz AI account directly inside the app:
Profile → Delete Account
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your Lenz AI account.
Please include “Delete My Lenz AI Account” in the subject line.
Once your request is verified, your Lenz AI account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted. Certain records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial obligations.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions should be canceled through the applicable app store.
