📄 LNZ AI – Payment Policy

1. 💳 Payments

  • All purchases are processed securely via App Store / Stripe / payment providers.
  • Prices are displayed in your local currency (USD by default).
  • Payment is required before accessing paid features or credits.

2. 🔢 Credits System

  • LenzVive operates on a credit-based system.
  • Credits are used to access features such as:
    • AI video generation
    • AI image generation
    • Image enhancement
  • Each action consumes a specific number of credits depending on complexity.

👉 Similar to Kling: credits are non-cash virtual items used only inside the app

3. 🛒 Credit Purchases

  • Credits can be purchased as one-time packages.
  • Purchased credits:
    • Are non-refundable
    • Cannot be transferred between accounts
    • Cannot be exchanged for real money

4. ⏳ Credit Validity

  • Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase date
  • Expired credits will be automatically removed

5. 🔁 Subscriptions (If You Add Later)

  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled
  • Users can cancel anytime via:
