By using LnzAI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

LnzAI provides AI-powered tools for image and video generation, editing, and media processing.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

You must NOT use LnzAI to:

  • Upload illegal content
  • Generate harmful or abusive content
  • Violate copyright or privacy rights
  • Impersonate others
  • Upload explicit or unsafe material

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

2. Account

You may need to create an account to use some features.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login secure
  • All activity on your account

We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require payment or subscription.

Payments may be processed by:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play
  • Stripe

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account.

We do not control App Store billing policies.

All purchases are final unless required by law.

4. AI Generated Content

LnzAI uses artificial intelligence to generate images, videos, and edits.

We do not guarantee that results will be accurate, realistic, or suitable.

You are responsible for how you use generated content.

You must not use generated content for illegal or harmful purposes.

5. User Content

You keep ownership of content you upload.

By using LnzAI, you give us permission to:

  • Process your content
  • Store it temporarily
  • Generate results

We do not claim ownership of your content.

We may remove content that violates rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All app design, software, AI models, and branding belong to LnzAI / LenzVive.

You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app.

7. Service Availability

We may change, update, or stop features at any time.

We do not guarantee the service will always be available.

8. Limitation of Liability

LnzAI is provided “as is”.

We are not responsible for:

  • Generated content results
  • Data loss
  • App errors
  • Damages caused by use of the app

Use the service at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Abuse is detected
  • Fraud is suspected

You may stop using the app at any time.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
