The idea
A humanoid officer doing a very ordinary job at a very ordinary intersection. No chase, no drama: it waits for the light, it crosses, people barely react. The calm is the joke, and the joke is what people share.
How it was made
One handheld phone clip of the intersection with real traffic and pedestrians. The robot was placed and animated into the footage with AI and CGI, matched to the afternoon light and the shadows of the traffic lights, then sound designed with servo whirs under the street noise. Two days of work.
